ShrinkRapt's word processing module lets you write letters to patients without opening another word processing program. This module (you get it free with version 6.0) makes letter writing a snap. A new letter will automatically include your's and the patient's address info. To write a letter to a patient, you just highlight their name in the patient list and click a button!
