Patient record enhanced with version 5.1 –

- Medications Tracking Page
The patient record page now has a complete page dedicated to medication tracking that includes both the name and phone number of the pharmacy, as well as the
 prescribing doctor.
- More Phone Numbers
Version 5.1 has fields to store the patient's cell number, pager number, office extension, and email address.
- Treatment Plan Page
The patient treatment plan page features a 'next report due' field as well as an alert date function that reminds you in advance when your next report is due.
Fields for DSM Axis I, II, III, and IV have also been added.
